The first few days at a new nursery can be very daunting for both the child as well as the parent. We understand that each child is very different and will take different lengths of time to settle into their new environment. This is why our settling-in policies are tailored specifically to meet the needs of not only the child but also the parents.

During this settling-in period we also take the opportunity to discuss your child’s daily routine at home, their likes and dislikes, understand and manage your expectations and explain our ‘partnership with parents’ policy. You will also have the opportunity to discuss or ask questions regarding our nursery policies and procedures in detail. All this exchange of information will help us create a home-away-home environment.

And before you know it, your child will be happily waving ‘bye-bye’ to you without any tears and rushing off to play with his/her new friends.
